Both Arnaud and Stephen will provide the best customer service available with their combined knowledge of wood technology and winemaking.


Arnaud Marjollet

Arnaud has lived in the United States since 1998, originally from Paris, France. He has an Engineering Degree from Ecole Superieure du Bois, Paris, specializing in the wood industry from the forestry to the industrial processes. He also has taken numerous classes in enology and wine tasting from California State University, Fresno. His experience will assist any winemaker in selecting the best wood to match the wine style. Arnaud resides in Fresno, California and serves the states of California and Arizona.


Chris Johnston

Chris is a winemaker that has been using Tonnellerie d’Aquitaine cooperage for his winery three vintages now with great success. It is for this reason, he has decided to come on board as an advocate for the product line, bringing his enthusiasm and experience to the Southern California wine growing regions. It is with Chris’ approach to winemaking and experience with Tonnellerie d’Aquitaine that will help him guide you to making great barrel program decisions for your future vintages.


Stephen Lessard

Stephen has worked as a winemaker for 23 years and has a tremendous experience with a large number of wine varietals. He resides in Walla Walla, Washington and serves the states of Washington and Oregon. As a winemaker himself, Stephen understands the needs and requirements of other winemakers. Stephen will be able to provide the best advice to winemakers through his own experiences in choosing the best barrels to fit the style of each winemaker and wine production.
